在中国申请h1b签证吗？
我是从H1B开始移民美国的，当时是2006年1月26日，也就是我的生日第二天，我拿到H1B的I797C 文件（这是H1B签证正式生效的文件）； 在2005年4月份的时候，我在网上投了份简历给美国一家咨询公司，在6月中旬接到面试电话后飞过去面试并很快得到offer， 我在8月初就去了美国，先是在纽约待了一年半，后来转到科罗拉多，2年前又搬到犹他州. 现在已移民生育两女一男，目前还在申请绿卡阶段。

什么是H1B？ ： A nonimmigrant special skills worker visa， often called the “American Dream” or “Practicing Professional” visa， issued for a period of up to six years depending upon employer sponsorship. It allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign professionals holding bachelors degree or higher in their specialty field; there are two types： one limited to those who graduate from universities in the United States， another without such limitation， both requiring approval of employer sponsored petitions filed with the United State Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)． The current annual limit per employer is 65，000 visas， including all categories． Those who have received H1B status can change jobs provided they file paperwork through Labor Condition Applications approved by US Department of Labor’s Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) before starting employment at new company．
H1B 的工作种类有哪些？： There are thousands of occupations that qualify as H1B occupational codes， however not many of them allow working under H1B visa. Most of these professional work permits require J1 waiver to get started， especially for recent graduates seeking entry level positions in certain fields. Some other requirements include full time paid employment offer from U.S. employer， salary above minimum wage requirement， labor condition registration filing， etc. Here is a list of various job
